Our client, Northern Bottling Co., located
in Minot, ND, has a career opportunity for
a Warehouse Front Line Supervisor. The
successful candidate will be responsible
for ensuring the safe, effective, and
efficient operations of the facility to include
but not limited to scheduling, staging, and
loading of products on a daily/nightly
basis. They will also provide leadership,
set goals and measure performance of all
assigned personnel.
Qualifications include two plus years
working experience in a warehuse setting,
distribution, and/or merchandising; a
Bachelors degree in Business or related
field is preferred but not required. The
ideal candidate will possess strong math
skills, decision making, and have a high
attention to detail. Ability to work with and
direct a team is vital to this position.
Mechanical/automotive knowledge with
the ability to operate manual/automotive
transmissions is required.
