Job Description
Responsible for the development of procedural and policy content based upon Operations work activities. Ensures procedures and policies adhere to Internal, External, and Regulatory standards. Coordinate with various areas across Operations to adequately document (via various methods: Interviewing, review of existing materials, etc) current business practices. Evaluate for opportunities to improve current business practices and/or highlight potential issues. Develop and maintain procedure library associated with Operations processes.Your Career is Here.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable
tothe assigned area.
- Advanced knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned
area.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven technical writingproficiency
- Proficient computer skills,using Microsoft Office applications in a Windows
based environment.
