Aerospace Inventory Support Specialist

 

Butler America has a 6+ month contract opening for an Aerospace Inventory Support Specialist

In Jamestown, ND with at least 3 years of Boeing or Airbus parts management experience.

Position Overview:
This position will support the Cargo Aftermarket Products by maintaining incoming/outgoing parts in our Jamestown MRO as well as; maintaining technical documentation logs, distributing technical manuals (i.e. CMMs, SBs, T-files), providing an interface to UTAS OE and airline customers and maintaining reports on group metrics for use in presentations to internal and external management.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide customer interface for distribution of technical data and product information.
Publish technical manuals .
Manage new drawing releases on metrics log and notify team.
Coordinate customer training.
Audit technical publications on various customer indices.
Report data associated with group metrics and maintain Boeing Scorecards.
Coordinate revision activity of technical manuals .
Drive ACE Maturity throughout Product Support.
Maintain Product Returns Database.
Maintain Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) for multiple aircraft platforms.
Publish T-files.
Create Work Packages for offload of technical documents to other Goodrich sites.
Follow the EH & S roles and responsibilities in accordance with the Cargo Policy MP5322.
Record incoming and outgoing parts in and out of the Jamestown MRO facility.
Ensure on-time delivery of repair parts.
Provide repair quotes to customers.

Basic Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with MS Office products.
Three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience.
Experience with Boeing and Airbus.
Experience with airline customers.
