Administrator Job

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Contract Admin for Construction Services. 2+ years Administrative experience in a construction, oil & gas, or industrial office setting. Will be responsible working with Inspection companies tracking and verification of construction personnel through vendor website. This position 1+ year contract assignment with a leading company in the oil and gas industry at its office in the North Central area of North Dakota. Local candidates are urged to apply. Responsibilities for the Administrator

  • Verification of Qualified construction personal through ISNET
  • Communicating with Inspection companies, entering and tracking via Excel spreadsheets the Inspector hours, timesheets, dashboard and files,
  • Building construction binders and coordinate with vendors to schedule and set up training meetings
  • Assist with transcribing various meeting minutes

Requirements for the Administrator

  • 2+ years administrative work experience in a construction, oil & gas, industrial, or pipeline projects setting
  • Analyzing Information, Reporting Results, Entering and accuracy of data,Documentation, Managing Processes, and organizational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and computer skills especially Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Provide own laptop or PC.
