Terminal Supervisor - Minot at Minot

Job Description

CrossCountry Freight Solutions, a progressive 33 year old LTL company with twelve terminals spreading over ND, MN and SD is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to oversee the operations at our Minot terminal. 

 

The Terminal Supervisor, oversees the safety, quality, and productivity of the operations, as well as manages key performance indicators.  Establishes best practices and policies to ensure the safety of the team and overall safety of the operations.  Interacts with employees and customers in a professional manner.  Identifies areas of efficiency to enhance the customer’s needs and maintain a profitable line of business.  Based on data collected, develops strategies to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Transportation industry • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience • Knowledge of and ability to use tracking data to identify trends and increase operation efficiency.

• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of applicable federal DOT, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Ability to interact with customers and employees in professional manner.

• Class A CDL preferred
