SERVICE MANAGER

WHAT YOULL DO:
*As a Service Manager you are responsible for holding and conducting two weekly meetings with your Advisor staff, and one monthly Parts and Service Department meeting with the Parts Department, Technicians and Advisors.

*Your team must provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns, asking the appropriate questions and providing a properly trained staff to handle the customers in accordance with Lithia Policy.
