Job description

First point of contact for customers needing assistance w/ Longbow (chat, email, and phone)

Longbow customer training

Quality Assurance testing for new Longbow releases

Technical sales support

Salary

Starting at $40k annual plus benefits, with higher pay for more qualified applicants

Education

College degree preferred

Experience

2 or more years in a customer support role

Software support experience and a technical background are a plus
