Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
This person is responsible for providing professional support for the administration and maintenance of Field personnel. Functioning in a Team setting is a must for this position.
- Maintains Field Employee records.
- Audit personnel files for compliance.
- Assist with data entry into Myforce.
- Maintain Excess Labor Reports on a weekly basis.
- Research payroll discrepancies
- Assist with unemployment claims
- Assist with applicant screening
- Assist senior staff in administering special projects, etc.
- Other projects and duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Must posses the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
- Use of personal computers and various software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Must be extremely organized and have the ability to establish and adhere to priorities.
- Ability to multi-task, and proceed with objectives/projects with little or no supervision.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and line management.
- Self-starter with strong desire to accomplish assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
- General knowledge of personnel practice and policies required.
- Previous 2 years HR experience required.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
Must have a high school diploma or recognized equivalent
Should have attended/completed at least two (2) years of higher level learning including but not limited to trade schools, colleges/universities, or other recognized equivalents
