OBJECTIVE

Process and expedite all incoming backorders through the dealer channel. Perform dealer order maintenance and follow up on availability dates from Material staff.

RESPONSIBILITY

Ship Direct

• Communicate pertinent information with suppliers and internal Sales and Materials to the dealer channel.
• Make outgoing calls averaging 125 per day to coordinate shipments between dealers.
• Promote dealer promotions to dealers.
• Minimize back order duration and drive to attain customer emergency order availability goals.
• Provide dealers availability and tracking information on shipments.
• Process debit and credit transactions on parts located and manage freight through UPS/Bobcat interface.

Job Requirements

• Associates degree preferred.
• High school diploma and/or 2 years of business or office experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of SAP based business system and mechanical background helpful.
• Organizational and time management skills
• Expediting experience with Aftermarket parts knowledge preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
