RECRUITER

 

Titan Machinery is currently searching for a Recruiter to assist will all recruiting programs, processes and activities. This position will be responsible for conducting recruitment of experienced talent for all company positions along with assisting with job description development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management and process documentation while actively developing a network of industry contacts and relationships.  This position will be based at our Shared Resource Center located in West Fargo, ND.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience and will have strong written and verbal communications skills. The ability to travel with flexible hours and have excellent project management skills, with a strong attention to detail is required. A BA degree in HR, Sales/Marketing, Communication or related field is required. Titan Machinery provides an excellent compensation and benefits package.
