Systems Analyst - Fargo, ND Multiband is seeking an experienced information technology professional to join our team as a Systems Analyst!

Essential Duties

• Translate user and/or system requirements into functional technical specifications
• Analyze system hardware and software problems and develop technical solutions
• Act as a liaison between IT, Business Analysts, and the end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction
• Working with the project team to update/create the necessary SDLC documentation
• Working with the project team, document the necessary hardware, software and resources to implement and support the requested change
• Provide incident support for assigned systems following incident management processes
• Follow defined SDLC and policies and procedures
• Give input on topics or discussions for project updates and team meetings
• Ability to work independently providing updates to management in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Systems Analyst - Fargo, ND Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS and/or computer programing major or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to effectively participate in virtual, globally distributed team with minimal supervision
• Able to function both as a part of a team and independently
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components and software development practices
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Good risk analysis and impact analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of Database Applications and the impact to the businesses they support
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
