Regional Facility Maintenance Technician - Fargo, ND
(within 150 miles)

This position will require someone with:

Complete facility monthly preventative maintenance checklist for each store in assigned region
Train lead facility personnel at each store in basic preventative maintenance and equipment repair
Communicate with General Managers and Region Managers to ensure all equipment is operational
Attend new store openings in region and assist with facility training classes
Daily communication and reporting to Region Facility Manager
Monitoring fuel dispensers, oil water separators, HVAC units, waste water treatment plants and refrigeration units for proper operation

The basic duties of this position include:

Basic electrical and plumbing skills
Demonstrated good written and verbal skills
Proven work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks on a daily basis
Good customer service skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to use deductive reasoning skills
Ability to identify potential and existing problems
Available to travel (overnight) a minimum of 50%
Basic computer skills
