United Blood Services, a leader in the blood banking industry, is now taking applications for
the position of Donor Care Specialist I. We need patient and consistent people to be long-term

provides skills to perform interviewing and phlebotomy of
blood donors. No phlebotomy experience required.
Benefit package includes insurance plans (health, vision, and dental), paid time off and 401(k)
with company match, competitive and progressive wages.
Starting pay $11.05 per hour. 5% pay differential for mobile blood drives and 8% weekend
differential. Paid travel expenses.
Hired applicants will be required to attend paid on-the-job training (Sun.-Thurs/Friday) for a 3-
4 week period on two separate occasions in either Bismarck or Fargo, ND. After training work
schedule varies and includes out of town travel and occasional weekends.
Requires HS grad/GED with clear speaking voice and legible handwriting. Candidates will
possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and have a high attention to detail. Required to
possess a valid drivers license. Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.
