Description:

• Review medication orders issued by physician or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed, assuring that all orders are filled and labeled (including secondary labels) properly.
• Review patient drug regime for potential interactions, interferences or incompatibilities and notify physician or staff nurse as appropriate.

Job Requirements

• B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.without prior board action
• North Dakota state Pharmacist License
• Priorhospital experienceRequired
