- Health Connect at Home (Home Care)
- Provides tactical liaison service to local business and clinical management teams
- Responsible for formulating and managing, with RCIOs and where appropriate, the MBO ITS annual budgets
- Coordinates MBO-specific initiatives
- Partners and interfaces with ITS functional management
- Provides feedback regarding local functional employee attendance, customer service, technical performance and behavior (for performance reviews and in-the-moment as needed)
- Works with functional area management to set or modify work plan priorities
- Partners with EPMO to deliver appropriate service levels on projects
- Works with the Client Relations and Vendor Management group on LITED delivery, service level coordination and communication
- Participate in Enterprise Advisory Groups
- Communicates and advocates the use of ITS escalation processes to local MBO management
- Leads change by communicating and supporting ITS strategies
- Attends local site meetings as the local ITS leadership representative as appropriate
Job Requirements
Education:- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or related technical field required
- May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7 years experience in IT required
- Minimum 4 years in a management role required
- Strong knowledge of Clinical. Business, and IT Relationship Management in a hospital setting required
- Knowledge and experience in a Matrix managed Shared Services environment
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements pertinent to healthcare providers
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
- Works with Functional ITS Leadership to ensure the delivery of services for MBOs
- Communicates regional/field needs and risks to corporate leadership
- Strong knowledge of Clinical. Business, and IT Relationship Management in a hospital setting required
- Knowledge and experience in a Matrix managed Shared Services environment
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements pertinent to healthcare providers
