Construction Manager at Minot

Our client, Hegg Companies located in Sioux
Falls, SD, has a career opportunity for a highly
motivated individual as their
who will be located in Northwestern
North Dakota. This position is responsible for the
companys construction operations which
include, but are not limited to, originating,
planning and scheduling construction projects,
obtaining necessary permits, and implementing
a due diligence process to bring scheduled
projects to market. This role is also accountable
for the companys project management which
consists of budgeting, estimating and monitoring
numerous projects along with other functions as
assigned.
Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in
Business Administration or Construction
Management with 8 plus years experience and
proven management experience. A Masters
degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will
possess knowledge of the construction industry
and have a strong business background along
with ability to work on multiple projects and meet
tight deadlines. Strong multitasking and time
management skills are essential to this position.
