SALES & MKTG LEADER at Williston

Job Description

We represent a fast growing, investor owned, Williston, ND based company looking for someone to lead their sales and marketing efforts.  Requires someone who is smart, has demonstrated success in sales, highly ethical, and willing to work hard.  Excellent company and team environment.  Targeted compensation of $150,000 - base $50,000 with additional anticipated yearly bonuses totaling $100,000 -  and full company paid benefits.

Larsen International is a retained executive search firm with a long history of working with the owners of this organization. 

This individual will market and sell to existing customers as well as new customers the entire company product and service line.  Position will necessitate an individual with an exceptional work ethic, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to think quickly and creatively on their feet.  Successful incumbent will have a demonstrated successful track record in outside sales and be highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.
