DIRECTOR OF FIELD SERVICES at Fargo

Job Description

Director of Field Services Multiband is growing rapidly and looking for talented leaders to move up within the company! The Director of Field Services is responsible for Customer Satisfaction (internal and external), tech capacity, attrition and tech pay issues along with other responsibilities put forth by the COO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Manages and reports on customer satisfaction, tech capacity, tech attrition and tech pay issues.
• Collaborates with the General Managers to assure metrics on above duties are met.
• Communicates performance, activities and needs to the COO.
• Ensure accountability at each site; including but not limited to above duties.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment and supporting culture.
• Interpret reports and set actionable goals.
• Will interact with customers and associates on an as needed basis.
• Interface with DIRECTV on an as needed basis.
• 75% travel is required for on-site visits, audits and training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Director of Field Services EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS (must have):

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, management ability and industry knowledge.
• Profit focused, results-oriented and an effective motivator.
• Customer service experience.
• DOL, State and OSHA compliance knowledge.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Windows-based PC’s, and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Works in both a field and office environment.
• Extensive walking to attend meetings and visit job sites.
• Driving required.
• Answers telephone calls and occasionally bends, reaches, and pushes and pulls file drawers to file records and reports.
• Must have the ability to apply finger dexterity and use PC and related business machines.
