PA  –  Occupational Medicine

 

A Physician Assistant is needed at an Occupational Health clinic in Dickinson, ND.  The PA will provide primary and ambulatory care in the clinic.  Dickinson is a growing, family-friendly community with a strong infrastructure, near the Bakken oil fields.  This area of North Dakota is full of scenic horseback riding, biking, and hiking trails, and is known as a great outdoor destination.

 

• M-F  days
• Potential to set a flexible schedule or PT hours, if desired
• Full scope Walk-in / Urgent care only, nearby hospital directly receives complex or acute cases
• See 15 to 20 adult patients a day
• Typical visits include worker pre-employment assessments, medical care, and injury care such as reading x-rays, foreign body removal, sutures, splints, etc.
• Multi-disciplinary team includes physician, chiropractor, and support staff in a well-managed and friendly practice
• MD is very experienced in Occupational Health, onsite often, and willing to train
• New graduates comfortable working autonomously welcome to apply

 

Requirements:

• Masters Degree
• North Dakota Physician Assistant License, or immediate eligibility
• Occupational Health experience or familiarity with OSHA regulations a strong plus

 

Compensation:

• $90k – 105k+
• Malpractice coverage
