Business Analyst at Fargo

Job Description

TMI Hospitality of Fargo is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team! This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of financial analysis; producing modeling for a variety of projects, including ROI analyses, capital needs assessments, and business long-range planning; and supporting proposals and scenario modeling for alternative Company finance strategies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Analyzes finance trends and variances for management
• Partners with business leaders to identify areas of risk and opportunities
• Creates pro-forma financial statements for potential acquisitions and developments
• Supports various underwriting requests
• Conducts planning and forecasting activities
• Assists in the annual budget process
• Models financial strategies for capital needs
• Creates and maintains certain financial reports
• Recommends policies and procedures
• Special projects and all other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Dependability - Requires the ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time.  May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need.

Job Requirements

Education, Experience, Licensure, & Certification:

• Two year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
