Job Description
Quality Assurance ManagerPosition ObjectiveProtect the Medicare Trust Fund through identification and implementation of quality improvements. Identify performance risks with current processing/procedural methods or documentation through process reviews. Collaborate with teams and management to develop new methods or documentation to mitigate risks and improve performance. Coordinate, implement and monitor process improvements for effectiveness. Participate in Noridian quality initiatives and actively support an environment of continual improvement.
Knowledge
- Noridian operational knowledge
- General data analysis processes and methodologies
- Problem solving methodologies
- Process improvement analysis methods
- Technical report writing
- Basic knowledge of MAC contracts and Medicare processing systems
- Knowledge of Medicare rules/regulations (CMS requirements)
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Privacy and System Security regulations
- Extensive knowledge of PC software, primarily Microsoft Office Suite

Job Requirements
Quality Assurance ManagerEducation and/or Experience- College degree and/or 2-5 years related work experience, or equivalent
Knowledge and abilities
- Prefer 3 years Noridian Medicare experience
