Job Duties:

• Facilitates the completion of key tasks requiring support from DIRECTV’s Agent Services department.
• Communicates effectively with system operators and call center clients needing assistance with DIRECTV -related requests.
• Uses Microsoft Excel to process and document customer conversion requests on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask, handling calls and utilizing appropriate software programs.
• Assist in the processing of address changes with DIRECTV.
• Coordinate the installation of DIRECTV employee installs within properties; including arranging of communicating equipment and any is count arrangements the partners may offer.
• Work with appropriate departments and leaders to resolve issues or answer questions.
• Keep up to date on any policy or procedure change from DIRECTV or partners.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by team leader, supervisor or manager

Job Requirements

DIRECTV Support Specialist- Fargo, ND Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with limited direct supervision
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
