Job Description
Diesel Technicians – Stanley, NDWe are looking for experienced diesel technicians that understand the importance of doing a job correctly and the value of satisfied customers.
Collectable Work: Consistently achieves agreed upon Productivity and Efficiency goals.
- Successfully completes assigned jobs in an efficient manner
- Completes and processes all paperwork for each assignment in a timely, consistent and accurate manner
- Provides input to the Service Manager/GM (at their location and to other locations)
- relating to product information, quality, warranty and other unit performance information
- Professionally communicates with customers and other employees to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participates in required training and takes personal initiative to stay up to date on relevant service knowledge, bulletins, technologies and other changes with regards to new and existing products
- Appropriately assists other technicians when required
Job Requirements
Safety, Tools & Work Environment: Effectively complies with all safety, tool(s) and other job-related requirements
- Follows all safety, environmental and regulatory compliance protocols, policies and requirements
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Provides and maintains the hand tools required to efficiently complete assigned work
- Operates, maintains and accounts for company equipment and vehicles
