Terminal Manager at New Town

We have decades of experience
with transload operations for crude oil, frac sand, ethanol, methanol,
biodiesel, hydrochloric
acid, drilling mud and pipe of all sizes and lengths.
We currently have an opening for a Terminal Manager at our
Epping, ND location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Full responsibility and oversight of the 24/7 bulk terminal operations with
SAFETY and
ENVIRONMENT being the highest priorities next to financial stewardship.
* Manage staff of supervisors and employees.
* Work with and coordinate with the BNSF Rail Road to ensure the receiving and shipping of
rail cars is being done accurately and efficiently.
* Manage supervisors to lead, train and develop all employees.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
* Participate in customer meetings to build relationships.
* Responsible for terminal financial, budgeting and forecasting.
* Maintain and develop safety culture among all employees.
* Participate in and promote corporate initiatives.
* Ensure that employees receive the proper training to perform their jobs.
* Routine interface with accounting, maintenance, engineering and other terminal support
teams.
* Routine communication and coordination with other corporate departments.
* Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Extensive background in liquid bulk terminals
* Strong Organizational and leadership skills for a multifaceted work environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication
* Detail oriented and customer focused.
* Ability to troubleshoot operational problems.
* Familiar with applicable Federal, State and Local regulatory agency requirements for
handling, storage and transportation of crude oil products.
* Must possess a valid drivers license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company and
its insurers.
* Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge, above the minimum requirements, not required
but advantageous in this position.
