Description:Primarily responsible for facilitating regulatory exams, internal audits, and enterprise regulatory compliance testing (CQA) for the Retail Payment Solutions line of business.
Job Duties
Responsible for coordinating requested materials for audits, exams and regulatory compliance testing.
Review documentation for completeness and relevance to request.
Summarize findings and recommendations and works with business line on addressing recommendations.
Tracks progress of corrective actions to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of experience with credit, debit or pre-paid card activities or related regulatory compliance experience
- Working knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bank operations, policies and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of RPS products
- PC literacyutilizing a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, electronic mail such as Lotus Notes or Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Accountable for and able to manage time effectively and work under minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team
