Lead Estimator Oil and Gas Construction An Industry respected and established organization is seeking a Lead Estimator for their Bismarck, North Dakota location.

Responsibilities:

Analyzes blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare time, cost and labor estimates;

Reviews data to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized list;

Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work;

Prepares bids and proposals;

Selects vendors and subcontractors;

Evaluates job related information to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data;

Manages cost effectiveness;

Consults with clients, vendors or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues;

Learn to manage a team of estimators and be responsible for supervising each individuals activities.

Qualifications:

10+ years experience with Oil and Gas refinery background desired

Bachelor degree in related studies to job
