Classification: Graphic Designer

Compensation: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year

Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with team members from all disciplines to take ideas and turn them into bold, exciting design solutions to be used across all digital channels. You need to be someone who is a big-picture visionary with a detail-oriented focus. We need someone who can successfully design for all channels, from web to print.Responsibilities: Develop design solutions alongside Creative Directors, Account Managers and clients in a way that will best achieve the clients goals Create designs for any channel, digital or print, from entire websites to individual postcards Maintain strict project parameters, schedules, budgets and resources Present concepts and final designs to everyone involved Collaborate across agency disciplines to create strategic, innovative solutions for client problemsCandidates should contact [Click Here to Email Your Resum]

Job Requirements

- Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field An expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac operating system 2+ years of agency experience Effective written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in large group presentations A wildly inventive mindset with a constant desire to push creative boundaries An ability to create exceptional work in pressure-filled situations and under tight deadlines Must live in Fargo area or be willing to travel to Fargo 1 week per month
