Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales
Job Purpose:
To provide all general office functions and procedures in support of the management team, as well as servicing our current customers and taking initiative to focus on potential new customers and business.
Duties:
Taking phone orders, product research, creating sales orders and purchase orders
Strong client focus commitment to delivering superior customer service
Ability to resolve complex service inquiries, up-sell and meet with clients as needed
Manage small groups of employees
Anticipate issues by taking proactive action
Take initiative to bring on new sales customers/business
Basic Accounting functions
Other responsibilities that arise as the company grows
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be Self Motivated
Reporting/Computer Skills
Deadline Oriented; Time Management skills
Dependability very important
Accounting and Sales Cycle knowledge
Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
Must be able to learn quickly and adjust to growth and change
Must have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook)
Customer service experience a must
Basic Accounting knowledge a must
Oilfield Supply experience a plus
Candidate must be able to provide current, professional and personal references
