Job Description

Kelly Services is now hiring for Contract to Hire Inbound Customer Support Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, professional call center environment! Pay is $11/hour. Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle telephone and written inquiries
-Provide quality customer service to the provider communities
-Research and resolve inquiries in a professional, timely, accurate manner
-Document inquiry activities in reporting system

The qualified candidate will possess:
-6 months of Call Center or customer service experience
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
-Strong typing skills
-Excellent telephone and communication skills
-Ability to work independently in a team environment
-High School Diploma or GED required
