Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating the new hire training program and providing feedback to ensure
maximum employee performance.
Facilitating additional skills training for existing employees.
Coordinating the implementation of new or revised training curriculum.
Participating in the development of additional training programs.
Developing and managing class related materials including leader guides,
participant packages and visual support.
Determining the appropriate combination of instructional and presentation
methods to meet the needs of the audience.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years training or related experience
Requirements Include
Pleasant and professional demeanor; willing to serve as a role model
Able to work well with a variety of personalities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, planning and problem solving skills
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with limited direct
supervision.
Must be willing to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business
needs.
