Plastics Design Manager ~ Engineering Design Manager, Plastics

** This position is located in Thief River Falls, MN **

Arctic Cat, Inc is looking for an Engineer Manager with a Plastic Design background.

Plastics Design Manager is responsible for the supervision, formulation, administration and coordination of engineering projects and procedures designed to improve operating performance, reduce waste and delays.

Plastics Design Manager will drive and improve product quality, initiate and implement cost reduction activities, support existing product lines and coordinate and manage New Product Development projects. 

 

He/she will have direct responsibility for engineering efforts across multiple product families. 

 

The Engineering Manager will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Quality, and will initiate and develop ideas that will improve, enhance and expand the product portfolio.
