Job Requirements

As a Healthcare Service Rep at SYKES Home powered by Alpine Access, you will support member and provider services while following HIPAA’s privacy rule requirements, showing respect and compassion to all customers at all times. You will use your healthcare or insurance experience to make sure all claims are resolved and that members understand their options along with their benefits. You will handle general and complex customer support and inquiries, patient notifications, pharmaceutical and product recalls and claims inquiries.
