Tier 2 Help Desk Representatives at Fargo

Job Description

Kelly Services, Inc is currently seeking candidates for Tier 2 Help Desk Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, professional call center environment! Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. No weekends!

Responsibilities:
-Provide customer service on multiple health insurance exchange applications and systems
-Research and resolve inquiries in a professional, timely and accurate manner
-Escalate and follow up on inquiries /issues
-Provide responses to inquiries in writing
-Document inquiry activities in reporting system

Qualifications:

-Associates degree
-Minimum 6 months of experience in a help desk environment
-Minimum 6 months of experience in information systems
-Experience troubleshooting system issues
