Primary responsibilities include designing, implementing and supporting Central Office and collocations within Enventis. This will include providing Engineering & Level III Support for Central Office systems and collocations including but not limited to: Digital Cross Connect (DCS) platforms, switching platforms, DS3 Muxes, GR303 concentrators, optical transport platforms and infrastructure. 

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a  4-year degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field, or the equivalent in experience, 5 years telecommunications engineering experience, strong project management and organizational skills, strong focus on detailed documentation skills, computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, Unix/Linux, & Procomm/CRT, and understanding of business/engineering economics.
