Job Description

PLEASE NOTE - This position is located in Fargo, ND.VOLT is currently recruiting for multiple Support Engineer positions on a variety of high-level technical support teams. These teams will be working on-site at the worlds largest software company to provide technical support via phone and email to customers and partners.The Support Engineer will receive inbound calls or assigned cases from customers and then collaborate with other engineers, teams, and technical leads to provide timely resolution to the customers technical issues. The engineer will also be expected to manage cases and collaborate with key team members, mentors, technical leads, and perform independent research. A passion for IT, customer service, and strong written and verbal communication skills are important to be successful in this position.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of (2) years demonstrated customer service and/or technical support skills Experience working on or in an Inbound Support Center/Help Desk program Demonstrated commitment to high level customer service and satisfaction Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, constructive working relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong professionalism and expertise Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills "TEAM" oriented ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Proven flexibility and adaptability to perform in a constantly changing environment Working knowledge of servers, operating systems, MS Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, SQL, and IIS are strongly preferredVOLT is an Equal Opportunity Employer
