Job Description
If you are an experienced seed salesperson who thrives on being part of a team that is constantly on the cutting edge of research and development for corn, sunflower and soybeans, this forward-thinking seed company would like to visit with you about an available Territory Manager position. This operation prides itself in selling the highest quality planting seed available on the market today and is actively pursuing progressive team leaders to assist in furthering this growth.
Essential Functions:
- Manage a sales territory, working with growers
- Sell to existing customers and work to bring new customers to our brand
- Grow the business in unit sales and profitability for sunflowers, corn and soybean product platforms; responsible for business P&L plan
- Build customer relationships while working in a team environment
- Manage grower and processor relationships
- Provide input for product advancement and collection of accounts
- Manage inventory for given territory
Qualifications:
- Effective territorial sales forecaster
- Proficient administrator of P&L and business deliverables in given territory
- Effective communicater sales & business direction
Pay/Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 with attractive benefits package
