We are seeking an experienced Property Manager

Position Summary:

The candidate must be professional, results- and detail-oriented, and highly motivated. He or she will enthusiastically promote a productive team work environment and a culture of customer service. Property management experience, including income and expense management and administration, marketing and leasing, contracting for outside services, and staff supervision, is essential. Student-housing experience, including lifestyle programming, is desirable.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Business Management or Marketing preferred.

  • 2+ years of real estate property management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Real Page preferred.
  • Must be willing to relocate within 100 Mile radius
