Job Description

Precision Mechanical Services is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team. We are a commercial HVAC/R service company that troubleshoots repairs and replaces all facets of mechanical equipment related to the operation of heating/ cooling/ ventilation in commercial buildings.

Required Knowledge:

• Boilers
• Furnaces
• Pumps
• Air handlers
• Chillers
• Air conditioners (direct expansion)
• Pneumatic controls
• DDC controls
• Valves
• Dampers
• Air distribution devices (VAV boxes, diffusers)

Experience required:

• Electrical troubleshooting
• Controls (Pneumatic and DDC)
• Computer skills
• Air Conditioning
• Hydronic heating and cooling
• Steam systems working knowledge
• Power burner
• Interaction with customers
• Oxy/Acetylene setup and usage
• Arc welding working knowledge
