Masco Contractor Services (MCS) is looking for an experienced Business Manager with leadership skills to work in our Minot, North Dakota location. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in effectively managing operational strategy, Sales, safety programs, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Partner with key area/functional leadership to establish and cultivate strategic relationships within key accounts.
Develop sales growth and coverage strategy that effectively maximizes sales representatives band width and talents within the area
Manage Production Team Members to maximize effectiveness

Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of industry experience
Minimum 8+ years experience in sales management
Operational Mindset

Strong Communicator
Highly Proficient in Office Software
Travel as needed to accomplish job expectations
Valid state issued drivers license
