Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. is now hiring for the following Tire and Facilities Maintenance management position:Title: Tire Service / Facilities Maintenance ManagerReports To: General ManagerResponsibilities:

• Promote sales growth and profits of tire shop
• Thoroughly train tire technicians
• Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
• Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Facilities maintenance/ Grounds keeping

 Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience in tire, auto parts/repair, automotive mechanic, or Lube Express
• Experience supervising and training 7 or more employees
• Facilities maintenance background a plus
• Valid drivers license
• Proven budget and P&L skills
• PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Relocation may be required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
