- Answer inbound product inquiries by phone/email and solicit and enter sales
- Enter leads and closed sales into lead management system
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
- Respond to incoming customer support questions via phone and email
- Maintain a log of support incidents (issue and resolution)
- Follow up on returns and report reason(s) for lost sales
- Build and maintain a list of customers for positive references and testimonials
- Assist in testing new products/versions and reporting errors/usability problems
- Track and report customer suggestions/complaints
- Serve as back-up for order processing and shipping
- Contact past due accounts receivable for payment
Pay $12-17/hour DOEMon-Fri a8m-5pm RequirementsRequirements:
- Well-organized with apositive attitude and a desire to win customers
- Provide excellent customerservice
- Strong communication/PC skills
- Flexible to the changing needs of a growing technology company
- Previous customer service/support experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office required
