Customer Service & Support Associate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must complete an online application at www.spherion.com/fargoThis individual will handle inbound sales/customer service calls and emails and handle order processing and assist with fulfillment, as needed. This individual will also be responsible for providing end-user technical support, gathering and documenting customer feedback, maintaining a database of support questions and answers, and providing general office and customer service support.Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound product inquiries by phone/email and solicit and enter sales
  • Enter leads and closed sales into lead management system
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
  • Respond to incoming customer support questions via phone and email
  • Maintain a log of support incidents (issue and resolution)
  • Follow up on returns and report reason(s) for lost sales
  • Build and maintain a list of customers for positive references and testimonials
  • Assist in testing new products/versions and reporting errors/usability problems
  • Track and report customer suggestions/complaints
  • Serve as back-up for order processing and shipping
  • Contact past due accounts receivable for payment

Pay $12-17/hour DOEMon-Fri a8m-5pm  RequirementsRequirements:
  • Well-organized with apositive attitude and a desire to win customers
  • Provide excellent customerservice
  • Strong communication/PC skills
  • Flexible to the changing needs of a growing technology company
  • Previous customer service/support experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office required
