Were looking for people to join our Customer Service Team to work with our members and providers answering questions and resolving issues about health care.There is a potential for work-at-home opportunities which will be discussed later in the process. This opportunity is at the discretion of management after 12-18 months of employment. (You must live and work in Bismarck, ND. Aetna will not pay for relocation.)

Candidate must be available to work a shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday - Friday. Shifts may rotate on a weekly or monthly basis. Some overtime during the week and on Saturday may be requested. The starting salary ranges from $27,500 to $34,740.There are positions available in the Provider Call Center. Training is mandatory for all positions and lasts Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm for up to 20 weeks. You must attend all of training with no absences.  RequirementsWe require:

• Good computer skills with Windows experience
• Ability to toggle between multiple screens
• Ability navigate multiple systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• A strong customer service focus
• A positive, helpful attitude
• Teamwork and cooperation

Successful candidates MUST:

• Be flexible to work overtime
• Pass a mandatory drug screen
• Pass a comprehensive background check including verification of your employment and criminal record
• Be at least 18 years old
• Spanish bilingual preferred not required
