With a co-op, youll learn solid business practices from some of the best Service, Warranty, and Engineering professionals in the industry. Youll have a hand in supporting the Product Service department right alongside full-time employees. Warranty Co-op opportunity currently available in our Gwinner, ND location.

DESCRIPTION

The co-op experience offers a variety of hands-on-training and exposure to the Product Service and Warranty group, specifically:

• Tear down products for Service Manual revision and/or labor times verification
• Trend analysis of product field performance
• Conduct warranty failed component analysis
• Use statistical tools for advanced machine warranty prediction
• Direct communication with our dealer network
• Process warranty return parts

REQUIREMENTS

• Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Engineering or related field
• 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
• 40 hours/week
• Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands on experience a plus
• Excellent communications skills and a high level of motivation
• Commitment to Bobcat for the entire 8 month term of the co-op

• Reimbursement of required college co-op tuition credits (3 credits, up to $1,000.00 per semester)
