Job Summary:This Role will perform a set of defined activities for MBOs regionally for both Time and Attendance and Payroll. As a regional role reporting to CHI Connect Payroll & HRIS Support Center Operations, this role will ensure that defined processes and procedures related to time & attendance, payroll support, employee payment exceptions, analytics, etc. are completed timely and consistentlyEssential Duties:Time and Attendance (Kronos) Problem solve and manage timecard and employee data errors by working directly with managers and editors Monitor and report on key areas including periodic audits for compliance to policy, union contracts, and legal issues Monitor special pay policies for compliance- i.e. Weekend Programs, Critical Staffing, Special Incentive Pay, AT pay codes for One Care Managing the timekeeping process, working with managers and editors to keep data accurate on a daily basis to ensure accurate data for downstream systems. Resolve Remedy tickets, monitor regional email account, and work with appropriate manager or group For Policy Changes Work with ST&A Analyst, MBO HR, HRIS, CVS, or other groups to test and validate pay policy changes Upgradesparticipate in system upgrades, testing, Lead communications & training related to upgradesPayroll Activities Ensure employee timecards are signed off and hours are accurate for pay period processing Primary contact for issues and questions related to timekeeping Complete defined audits each pay period to ensure accurate hours are interfaced to payroll Post final payroll reports for the region by required deadline Research any hours differences between Kronos and Payroll Enter adjustments for off cycle processing and perform related audits Create mass uploads for payments and deductions Provide fulfillment related to periodic/ad hoc reporting requestsTime and Attendance Analytics Support MBO business owners and ST&A Analysts in assessing opportunities for improvement Provide ongoing education and support on the time & attendance system and analyticsReporting Work with MBO stakeholders to develop standard reports, and provide education Ad-hoc reporting support
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 3-5 years experience working in HR and/or Payroll Operations Strong working knowledge of Kronos Time & Attendance system Experience with Lawson HR/Payroll module preferred Excellent communication skills License/Certification:- Nonerequired.
