Project Manager IPosition Objective:- The Project Manager I is responsible for day-to-day management of project team members and activities to support the successful implementation, communication and reporting to stakeholders, sponsors, Project Core Team members and management.
Job Requirements
Project Manager IKnowledge:- Knowledge in program governance, project prioritization and change management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the project management life cycle (PMLC).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project software applications.
- Ability to lead teams assigned specific tasks.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Consultative Skills: Demonstrates a combination of listening, communication, problem solving, and facilitation skills to thoroughly understand and diagnose client issues; partners with clients to design and implement solutions that are seen as adding value and contributing to bottom-line results.

- changing needs and preferences; frames things from an outside-in perspective; assesses the organization and the existing business model in the context of changing market dynamics; drives for new, more effective ways of operating.

Education and/or Experience:
- Requires an Associate degree (2 years) or 2 years of college or technical school with an emphasis in Finance, Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management or related field of study and one to three years relevant working experience.
