The Role
The Operations Specialist is responsible for managing a 1: many relationship with Microsoft Dynamics partners in North and South America. Working in partnership with the Operations Account Management team this role will act as Tier 2 response to Partner needs, simplify complex licensing issues, communicate program changes, and work to minimize issues during the cash to order management cycle for breadth partners. With a focus on driving Partner satisfaction, the Operations Specialist will respond to partner inquires and drive 1: many communications and trainings for a partner portfolio of approximately 50-60 partners.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Operations Specialists must be responsive to Partner needs while supporting Microsoft corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone that is comfortable connecting with all levels of leadership across the Field and Partners and who will maintain a strong relationship and proactive collaboration with Operations Account Management. While representing the partner voice, this individual will analyze issues, root-causes and recommend solutions to common breadth partner concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage reactive relationships with a portfolio of ~50-60 managed Dynamics Partners
Provide accurate and timely responses to Partner escalations
Conduct structured 1:many Partner engagement to drive Partner operational performance
Respond to broad field inquiries; provide communication and training to support Field/Partner engagement
Seamlessly coordinate with the Operations Account Management team to drive operational issues to resolution
Deliver training on Microsoft tools and processes
Execute MBS Channel readiness within a portfolio of Partners
Share ownership of Customer Partner Experience (CPE) scores for channel Partners
Develop excellence in overall Field operational performance
Participate/hold accountability for programs and processes which support Partner & Field activities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to work collaboratively
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships with Customers, Partners or vendors
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage execution
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated work experience in an environment involving sales, licensing, account management or customer service
Willingness to participate in ad hoc projects as required
Passion for excellence
