OBJECTIVE

The HR Communication & Project Manager will lead the effort to communicate initiatives set forth by the HR department to employees. This involves providing guidance on communication strategies and solutions; producing communication materials to advance Human Resources priorities; identifying, developing, and/or editing content for Human Resources; and developing solutions leveraging other media. This role will also support the roll out of HR initiatives and projects. This role will work as part of a project team to provide advanced operational support to projects/programs. This support may include measurement, analysis, project/program management as well as continuous improvement initiatives and other project management tasks.

RESPONSIBILITY

Project Management/Support

  • Create and maintain project/program documentation (reporting, meeting minutes, status updates, etc.). May create project plans and timelines, to manage project/program components and deliverables
  • Provide project/program management on less complex projects, and help with larger projects
  • Support the delivery of large complex global projects, working with teams across geographies to achieve the project objectives.

Communications

  • Responsible for overall Human Resources communications strategy in consultation with Human Resources leadership team
  • Work in a highly collaborative manner with the Doosans Corporate Communications function to deliver Human Resources content in a manner that is respectful of the broader communication strategies
  • Expand range, depth, and effectiveness of content and messaging to elevate awareness and understanding of Human Resources tools, products, processes, policies, and programs

KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communication or related field, Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience, 1-2 years of experience in HR preferred.
  • Support the delivery of large complex global projects, working with teams across geographies to achieve the project objectives.
  • Engaging writing style, including ability to put complex concepts into plain-English, user-friendly copy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including interacting effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Less than 10% travel required.
