Agronomy Sales at Williston

Job Description

An agronomy retailer we have done a lot of work with is looking for an agronomy salesperson. They are looking for someone who has chemical, fertilizer, and seed sales experience who is looking to be in a very strong work environment. This company treats its employees very well and it is a family atmosphere. This is a traditional sales role as this individual will be calling on producers and also doing some recommendations, soil sampling, etc. This is a position they are very urgent to fill and will look to start the interview process right away.

Agronomy Sales Daily Duties:

• Promote sales of agronomy and related products
• Work with Agronomy Sales Manager to develop sales goals and action plans
• Constantly strive to keep industry knowledge current and cutting edge
• Recommend appropriate seed, fertilizer, and chemical inputs

Agronomy Sales Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and sales driven
• Strong Agronomy background
• 3+ years successful sales experience
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Compensation:

• Competitive salary $60K-$80K plus commissions
