*Overnight Inbound Fraud Specialist*

Our client, one of the top international banks, is currently seeking full-time Overnight Inbound Fraud Specialists for a 3 month position with the strong possibility of an ongoing extension.
These positions are located in Fargo, ND.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):



Responding to inbound calls from existing credit card customers and assisting them with their needs promptly, in a friendly and efficient manner



Call inquiries can include:

o

Orders

o

Inquiries

o

Complaints



Direct calls for further problem resolution, if necessary

The best candidates will have:



A high school diploma or GED



Previous call center, customer service, retail or food service work experience



Outstanding listening and communication skills



Enthusiasm and ambition



A pleasant and professional telephone manner



Good keyboarding skills with a solid understanding of PC navigation



Demonstrated problem-solving skills



The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment



Available to work to from 10:00 p.m. ??? 6:00 a.m. any day of the week.
