Electrical/Project Engineer

Job Description:
Working on supporting new Solar Construction projects across the USA.
Reporting to the director of estimating in their Solar division who is also located in ND.
Solar engineering designs with solar design software
Prepare/oversee project electrical design drawings including single line drawings, DC and AC wiring diagrams, electrical site plans and equipment layouts including providing all supporting calculations
Assure that designs are Code-compliant
Participate in site audits as needed
Meet with customers and provide engineering support
Prepare proposal and specification documents
Participate on-site in answering engineering questions during construction
Keep abreast of new products (modules, inverters, racking)
Evaluate new modules, inverters, and balance of system components.
10% traveling to job sites at the maximum
